1. Introduction

dc44 ("we", "us", "our") is an internationally operated online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, racing, and related gaming services to players located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between dc44 and the registered account holder ("you", "the Player") regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on dc44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dc44 enforces a strict minimum age policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of dc44 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dc44 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or third-party exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on dc44. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dc44 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been conducted by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all wagers placed and transactions made using your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

dc44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by applicable international anti-money laundering standards. You may be requested to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dc44 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All dc44 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and balances displayed on the Platform are shown in BDT. dc44 does not charge currency conversion fees as the Platform operates exclusively in BDT for players in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by dc44's payments team during business hours. Processing times vary by payment method but dc44 aims to complete all withdrawal requests promptly. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit and that is registered in your own name. dc44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legally obtained and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used. dc44 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for high-value transactions. Deposits suspected to originate from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. dc44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, following notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period expires.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dc44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by dc44 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible will not count towards wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dc44 monitors bonus activity across all registered accounts. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bonus bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other pattern of play deemed abusive by dc44 — will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited. dc44 reserves the right to close accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

dc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. dc44 also reserves the right to correct clerical errors in bonus terms, including any errors in advertised bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, or qualifying conditions, even where such corrections are made after a player has claimed a bonus.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on dc44 are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and any other details before confirming any wager. dc44 will not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the dc44 betting engine, regardless of the odds displayed at the time of placement.

6.2 Odds & Market Suspension

dc44 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including during live events. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid unless dc44 determines they were placed after the relevant event outcome was known. dc44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("palpable error"), including odds that were clearly incorrect at the time of placement.

6.3 Match Integrity

In cases where dc44 has reasonable grounds to believe that a match or event covered on the Platform may be subject to manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of corruption, dc44 reserves the right to suspend the relevant betting market, void related bets, and withhold related winnings pending investigation. dc44 cooperates with sports integrity organisations and may share relevant information with them in such circumstances.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets on dc44. Maximum payout amounts are displayed within the relevant betting interface and apply per event, per bet type, and per player account. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout will be capped at that maximum. Accumulator bets are subject to additional maximum payout restrictions as published in the relevant sports rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dc44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from dc44.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including the coordinated placement of opposing bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonus wagering requirements or guaranteed profit strategies.
• Using insider information obtained through professional involvement in the sport or event being bet upon.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any player who discovers a technical error must report it to dc44 immediately via [email protected]. Failure to report a known error and continuation of play that exploits it may be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to disguise your true location, particularly where the purpose is to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds in order to legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dc44 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dc44 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of dc44 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of dc44. Any unauthorised use of dc44's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

dc44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 12.1 Termination by dc44

dc44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where dc44 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point; (c) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (d) you have failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; (e) continued operation of your account presents a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to dc44; or (f) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where dc44 is not permitted to operate.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your dc44 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful completion of any pending KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any accrued bonus balances or free bet credits that have not been converted to withdrawable funds at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue in force after termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing the operation of online gaming platforms. dc44 operates as an internationally regulated online gaming service.
